FABBELLA RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of skincare products and hygiene considerations, all skincare sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, tested, or partially used products.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopfabbella.com. Please include your order number, clear photos of the product, and photos of the shipping package and label. After review, Fabbella may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at its discretion.
Unopened Products
If a product arrives unopened and in its original condition but there is an issue with the order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Fabbella is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your
package is lost, stolen, delayed, or cannot be located after delivery confirmation, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will gladly assist by providing tracking information when available.
Refunds Are Not Provided For:
• Change of mind
• Personal preference
• Product texture or scent preference
• Individual skincare results
• Allergic reactions or sensitivities not caused by a manufacturing defect
• Incorrect product selection by the customer
• Opened or used products
