FABBELLA SHIPPING POLICY


Shipping Destinations

Fabbella LLC currently ships to the United States and Puerto Rico. At this time, we do not ship to international destinations.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Many orders ship the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST on Friday, as well as orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Methods

Available shipping options may include Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping. Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Free Standard Shipping

Fabbella LLC offers FREE Standard Shipping on orders of $75 USD or more. The free shipping threshold is calculated before taxes and any applicable fees.

Shipping Charges

Shipping and handling charges are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, destination, package weight, and order value. Taxes may apply depending on the shipping destination and applicable regulations.

P.O. Boxes

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes through eligible shipping carriers and services.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and shipped. While most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking
information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Fabbella LLC is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility belongs to the carrier. If a package is delayed, lost, stolen, or marked as delivered but cannot be located,
customers should contact the carrier directly to initiate an investigation or claim. Fabbella LLC will gladly assist by providing tracking information whenever available.
